My overall rank is 1652 and my community rank is 142 in Tancet ME/MTech ,will I get CEG?

As you mention your rank... rank you can get good colleges but may you cannot get top colleges like MIT, CEG ,ACT and other top colleges...
As you did not mention your category..... category play an important role to get admission .
