My parents are divorced both are goverment doctors and from then I am living with my father. He is remarried and she is housewife. My obc ncl certificate is made this year according to rules for goverment doctors. How I should fill neet form. Is I have to show her income as well.

You will fill the application form as OBC-NCL. As you are living with your father, you will enter the income details of your father's household. Your biological mother's income doesn't count as she doesn't contribute to you father's house hold and as your mother is a home maker, you shall enter your father's income details.
