Hey Anurag,
For UPSEE counselling you need to upload the following documents during online registration :

Class 10th Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate
Class 12th Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate
Category Certificate
Sub-Category Certificate
UPSEE 2019 Admit Card
UPSEE 2019 Rank Card
Domicile Certificate
Domicile Certificate of Parents (If passed the qualifying exam outside of UP)
Character Certificate
Medical Certificate
