Hello Govinda, if you have not cleared all of your subjects in btech, you may not be able to give your exam in 2020. you need to clear all of your subjects for eligibility criteria of GATE exam. start filling your carryover re-exam forms first, so you don't have to wait for one more year for appearing in the exam.
