My past academic records are 10th:89.27%,12th: 76%,Grad: 7.77(68.78)female from OBC category.What should be my CAT percentile to get topIIM?

In order to get into top IIM's you need to secure at least 94 - 99 Percentile in CAT Exam.
Moreover if you have some work experience it will be beneficial for you.
