Om, SEBC is a State level Sub Category of OBC. At National Level, you do not have SEBC as a separate Category. You only have General Category, OBC, SC,ST. And . So to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to SEBC Category, the Community you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. With 149 marks you are at 49%. So please check if the Community you belong to is listed in Central OBC list. If yes, then you are eligible for NEET because for OBC Category, you only required 49% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
