my percentage in 11th is 60% in 12th is 95 % I want to get admission in Delhi University 11 percentage is necessary or not

Dear aspirant,
For taking admission in delhi university for any course your 11th percentage is not at all necessary and only your 12th percentage is required and the percentage will be calculated on the basis of English + best four subjects.
