My percentage in class 12th was 65%. Can I apply for bsc agriculture?

BSc Agricaulture is a 4 year undergraduate degree course awarded by Indian government to the students who have completed their (10+2).The course is not so popular among the students but the demand for the trained professionals for agriculture is very high.
