Hello student I'm really sorry to inform you but you can't get admission in the respected college you're concerned about. Because cut off is the minimum percentage you need to obtain to apply and get admission.
Even if you successfully apply for the course without fulfilling the eligibility criteria your admission will get cancelled at the time of document verification.
