Hi Debojyoti.

No, you can not get any NIT or IIIT with CSE branch with the percentile you' have got. With an 83.22 percentile, you can expect your rank to be around 100,000 to 135,000. You will qualify for JEE Advanced though and have still got your second Mains exam in April, so all the best.
