Congrats on scoring such a good score.Ofcourse you will get a decent NIT and whichever branch you would like.Apart from that you will qualify Jee main so its time for you to prepare for JEE Advance.You might end up scoring a rank in it.
You need to wait till official announcement of the result after JEE in april.Colleges will release their cut off based on that you can choose what you want.
