My percentile in jee main 2019 in general category is 83.39%Can i get nit trichy?? can i get in nri category?

Hi,
To get admission in any NIT,one should have more than 98 percentile.
and you ranbk is too low for NIT Trichy.
you can get some other colleges ,here I am enlisting them-
