Since JEE Mains Examination is occurring twice this year in various shifts on various days the exact cutoff percentile for NITs (National Institute of Technology) cannot be predicted.

The cutoffs will vary after JEE Main is again conducted in April depending upon number of students appearing for the exam.

If you have any other queries do mention it down in the comment section.

The qualifying percentile is also not yet announced by National Testing Agency (NTA). Tentatively it will be declared after JEE Mains April Exam. I suggest you to wait for the officials to announce the precise cutoff percentile.
