NO, YOU HAVE TO SCORE MORE THAN 97 PERCENTILE.(I AM SAYING THIS BECAUSE IN LAST ATTEMPT I SCORED 96.75 PERCENTILE AND MY RANK DROPPED TO 8000 WHERE THE LAST YEAR'S CUTOFF FOR ADMISSION IN CCA CHANDIGARH WAS AIR 6200-6500).SO PREPARE FOR THE APRIL ATTEMPT AND TRY TO SCORE MORE THAN 97%ile

i am also from Chandigarh bro, but CCA is one of the top most college of architecture in north hence has fairly high cut-offs

Rank=(100-your percentile)×112679÷100
Cutoff of Chandigarh college of architecture was around 34k. So you have a bright chance to get Chandigarh college of architecture. You can check cutoff of last year here
