First of all allow me to clear your confusion. You have queried about MHT CET but you have added tags of SET examination. Let me tell you that both are completely different examinations. MHT CET is Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for admission into premiere government (or private) institutions in Maharashtra. SET is the exam which is given by BA LLB or BBA aspiring students for seats in Symbiosis,etc.

As for your query, 70 percentile is a below average percentile and I am sorry to say this but there is no chance of getting a seat in any government college. Either you have to get admission in private colleges or work hard for next year. Hope this answer helps!
