From above, it is clear that  to be on the safer side need at least a rank of around 8000 to 9000 sc rank to get into an NIT under other state quota. And to get a rank in this range, you need at atleast around 86 percentile i.e

I hope you are doing good. I would like to know you that at your percentile your esimated rank would be around 296670 - 333500 . At this rank you holds very low chances of getting admission in nits .I suggest you to start preparing for next attempt by doing hardwork instead of waiting for the results

To get seat in an NIT you need to score minimum minimum 94-96 percentile. As you have score less percentile you do not have chances of getting seat in NIT. You have chances of qualifying for JEE main considering the previous year cut off percentile. For SC category the cut off percentile was 50.1760245 for JEE main 2020. It may increase or decrease in 2021 depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and number of seats available etc. So you may prepare for JEE Advanced if you want to get admission in IIT.
