My percentile is 94.79 can i get good nit my category is obc.

Secondly, I would like to tell you that you have a very good chance of getting into one of good NIT's in India.

You may have a chance  to get any core branches like CSE at the top NIT as you are from the OBC category and you can try for other good core branches at top NIT's as well.
