My percentile score is 54.78 and I belong to SC category will i get admission in anna University

If this is your percentile score then your marks would lie in between 10-20. So with that score you will get some colleges, but less chance in Anna University. As perv your marks and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get as per your TANCET marks are:-
PSNA Colleges of England Technology
Sona Colleges of Technology
Vel Tech High Tech Dr Rangarajan Dr. Sakunthala Engineering College, Chennai
Anna University Cutoff for SC category is 54 marks.
