My permanent address is not same as in adhar card , which address will be shown in neet admit card

Yo can mention any of the addresses like your permenant or temporary address but whatever you have put, have proper documentation for that. The address will not be an issue untill and unless it messes with domicile issue.
You can carry other ID’s like PAN, School ID along with Aadhar but I hardly believe that they would crosscheck address details.
