my pessat rank is 8440..can i get CSE in electronic city campus( PES south campus)

Though chances are quite less and slim but cant predict anythihng accrately so you must try till the last round and may be you can get if you are lucky enough but as per previous year's trend you can't gewt into PES with ECE branch.
PES is one of the prestigeous private colleges so, cutoffs are quite higher!
