My pget rank is 370 in gen catagory in electrical engineering discipline ...can I get a government college ?

With your above mentioned pget rank, it'll be quite difficult for you to get admission in governmment college in electrical engineering discipline but with your rank you have fair chances of getting admission in electrical engineering but in private colleges.
