For BITSAT just practice this book: Arihant BITSAT Guide .
That is more than enough to score good and get your dream branch.
For Physics specifically, you can practice JEE Mains previous year questions and other questions from different Arihant Books available in the market.
Most of the questions will be on direct application and solving, but some questions will involve 'twists and turns'.
