my physics is very weak. no matter how much i try, i am not able to solve numericals or apply concepts. please help.

I would suggest you to not take any burden or stress about it firstly. You should go for some professional help from tuitions or online guidance for this. Try and apply concepts in solving some numericals on daily basis and you will get through it. Refer some authors books too. I am sharing the link.
