My physics is weak and i want to do textile engineering should I take it or not
Hello,
There is application of physics in textile engineering to an extent. You can't completely ignore physics in it. Topics like mechanics are mostly common. So for textile engineering you need to have good hold on physics.
Although physics is common in all engineering streams and forms their backbone but if you apply for CS, food, Plastic, paint, etc. Then physics part is less.
If you want to know more about textile engineering then go through this link so that you can have complete idea about its subjects.

You can go ahead with your choice of study i.e textile as the course won't be physics centred and there will be a bunch of other subjects as well.
Put in a little effort and you will sail through. All the best!!!
Textile engineering will mostly be based on your chemical knowledge. However, you would have to study physics in the first year of Engineering as it is compulsory for all. Engineering Drawing will also be included in the first year. But, the rest three years of this course won't be a problem if your concept of the chemistry is strong and you have a good bio-chemical background. So, yes go for it if your interest lies in it.
