If you are planning four year degree, I think you can keep your dream to study Abroad alive. Most of the universities in US now are planning on having some kind of in person in a fall & fully expecting by between January 2021 comes around. It’s going to slightly different, It will be depend on your location whether you and your parents are comfortable in traveling in New York one of the largest city in US, That’s going to take in consideration. But if it’s been your dream to study liberal  Arts in New York for long time if you have done research that’s very good possibilities & in January 2021 the first semester is going to be good time.
