To get admission in government college through neet exam in BAMS your score should be in the range of 420+ for general and 400+ for OBC. To enroll in private  colleges your cutoff marks should be in the range of 300+ for general and 280+ for OBC. Since you have scored 245 marks you are not eligible for BAMS. You can try getting admission with lower marks through donation or management or vacany quota.

You can also write other entrance exams for colleges to get admission.
