Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances to get seat in Computer Science in an IIT with preparatory rank. However, you have chances to get seat in IIT in different courses based on the preparatory rank and here is the list of IITs in which you may get seat

See on such ST preparatory rank it is very difficult to get any of the IIT with CSE branch but you can go with some lower branches.
