My profile is 7/7/7, a general engineer male candidate. Which is better, do a job and get work ex and then try for top B school like ABC or take admission in non BLACKI IIM's or any other college?

Hope you are doing well.
You academic profile is very average and most liekly despite having work experience you wont likely to get shortlisted for the BLACKI. However you can try a shot for the new and baby IIMs. Thatswhy I should suggest you to get some work experience first. Them after 4-5 years doing MBA would be a better option.
