According to your expected marks in the JEE Advanced examination, you should get a rank of about 26758 (Please note the actual rank may vary).You may also be eligible in the following IIT colleges:

1) Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Sri City, Chittoor

2) Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research and Management- Ahmedabad

The previous year cutoff of JEE Advanced for general category was 126. That was out of 360. As this year the exam was out of 372, the cutoff is expected vary by 4 or 5 marks as the paper was moderate and comparable to last year. Given your score is 130, you can expect a rank around 9K-10K in JEE Advanced. Although you may not get the top IITs you can get some good and top courses in the new IITs.
