My provable wbjee-2019 score will be 20. Can i get ECE in government college ? I belongs to SC reserved Category.

If your expected number in West Bengal Join Entrance Examination is 20, the getting ece in a government college seems to be a little difficult. If your SC rank is within 15k , then you might have a chance.
