my pwd rank is 83 .Will i get heritage Institute in biotechnology branch??

Congratulations for your result. There are various factors which determine the cutoffs so this changes every year and Computer Science seats get filled faster than any other branch. If we go through last few years' data, then the closing rank for PwD category lies around 16500 GMR. Now you haven't mentioned your GMR but your PwD ranking is good. But this is based on previous few years' data and this year it might change.
