B.Com is generally a 3 year course. The eligibility is minimum 3 year degree. You need to complete degree by the time you join the college. Else, you sleection into the college will be cancelled. For writing CAt even students in Final year can write and produce the passing certificate while they join. therefore If you can give atleast the Provisional passing certificate of degree before July of the year, you can write CAT

Since you are stating from 2014 and your course happens to end in 2018, your total course duration happens to be 4 years.

Since the minimum years for graduation required is 3 years, you ARE ELIGIBLE for appearing for OJEE MBA.

You can apply for the same.

Even if you exceed the years, you are still eligible.
