    Yes if you're appearing this year in board exam then you're eligible for jee, you can give the exam in year 2019 and 2020 because according to the eligibility criteria of jee the candidate can only give the exam in the year he's appearing for board and the next consecutive year but you'll only be available for jee advance once you cleared the jee mains.
