MY QUESTION IS THAT ADDMISSON IN AIIMS DELHI IS BASED ON MARKS OR RANK?OR BOTH??PLEASE ANYBODY EXPLAIN ME THIS TOPIC.PLEASE HELP.

Hello!

It depends on your rank, and since your rank depends on your marks relative to others, it depends on both to one extent. For eg: if the paper was hard and you score less, you might still get a good rank if others have scored lesser than you.

Colleges are alloted under AIIMS on the basis of your rank in the entrance and your rank would depend on your marks scored in the entrance. So it depends on both. For admission in AIIMS, Delhi here is the cut off ( rank and percentile respectively) for 2017. You can expect a similar cut off this year too.
