GSET that is Gujarat State Eligibility Test is conducted for around 25 different subjects. The exam has two papers, Paper 1 is common for all to test the teaching quality of the candidate. This paper usually contains topics like reasoning ability, general awareness, Comprehension, divergent Thinking etc. 50 questions will be asked and each question carries two marks.
Coming to the paper 2, it is the paper chosen by the candidate himself. And the syllabus for paper 2 is different for different subjects. Your chosen subject can be anything - Mathematical Science, life Sciences, Hindi, Economics, sociology, English, Political science, Physical Sciences, chemical sciences, Home science, Social Work, Law, Commerce, Psychology, Education, Management etc. 100 questions will be asked in this part and each question carries two marks. As you haven't mentioned the subject you are applying for, it is quite difficult to provide you with the full syllabus. You can comment down below or you can check the official website of GSET, the syllabus of all subjects are mentioned in detail. You can download the syllabus available in PDF there.
