My qustion is...A studnt of B.Com pass frm d evening batch in the SHAHID BHAGAT SINGH colge. he has gone through the brain surgery in the Ist sem 2019 then he did nt attempt d internal exms of colge and external exms of universty. Cn he gve internal exams of first sem again?? Pls gve right sol.

Yes if you were absent for that semester exam then you can give exams for that after wards. The absentee gets arrear or backlog and they will have to complete that before ending the course. Once you clear all subjects then only final degree will be given. You can ask in your college about further details as per their rules.
