Dear student,
As you have secured 30000 rank from OBC category then there is no chance that you can get the good government college like nits or iiits.
For getting the seats into these colleges your OBC rank must lie under 10000 in JEE mains.
Now as your home state is up, then you can try at nit Allahabad, iiit Lucknow or iiit Allahabad in csab counselling. Because in CSAB counselling that you can get seats but still you will not very the seats in josaa all rounds counseling.
Or you can better try at some private institutions, because chances of getting any other government colleges is almost very low or negligible.
