My Rank AEEE 9720, Can get in seat Coimbatore CSE
The entrance test for taking admission in CSE branch in Amrita.Viswabidyalaya is AEEE that rank should be for open quota is1-6789,and for State quota 1-16,696 for Amrita Viswa.vidyapitham.in Coimbator campus. If any one want to take admission in Amrita then the student has to score 80% in class 12in pcm group. And to qualify the AEEE with atleast 9,000 in AEEE.

You have secured a good rank in AEEE but with this rank it is difficult for you to get CSE but you have chances to get other branches in Coimbatore.
In Coimbatore campus cutoff for CSE will be around 2500 for home state and around 1000 rank for other state.
For ECE the cutoff was 9000 for home state and 3200 for other state.
For ME cutoff will be 30,000 for home state and 12,000 for other state.
For other branches 32,000 home state and 15,000 for other state.
There are 50% home reservation in every campus. Cutoff varies every year depending on various factors. Keep in mind that your chances to grab a seat will vary on the following basis:
Number of seats available
Number of students applied for the same branch
Performance of the students
The category you belong to etc.
