You would know that AIIMS conduct admissions to PG courses twice every year- once for July session and once for January session. In last session's admissions, i.e. during July 2017 admission, the last rank which was called for admission from UR category (after second round of counselling), was 1,222. With your rank, i.e. 1,520, I would say you do stand a chance to get admission on non-clinical seat of AIIMS, given that AIIMS also conduct Open and Spot counselling rounds (in case of availability of seats).
