Iam Sorry to say that there is very less chance to get admission in if your ranks are not matching the previous year cutoff ranks in the Colleges that you had given and locked as your options in keam allotment process. it is obvious, you yourselves have mentioned that you didnt meet the required eligibility criteria. so obviously you wont get college through that.

but answering the question "will i get any colleges?", yes you will get, through private college quota.
