You need to get atleast below 10k rank to get seat in pharm d if your oc category.

The last year cut offs for some of good colleges in pharm d are

• SRI VENKATESWARA COLLEGE OF PHARMACY, MADHAPUR - 3094rank
• TALLA PADMAVATHI COLLEGE OF PHARMACY, WARANGAL - 3339rank
• G P R COLLEGE OF PHARMACY, MEHDIPATNAM-3732rank
• S N VANITHA PHARMACY MAHA VIDYALAYA, TARNAKA -4474rank

The above cut offs are of last year and are subject to change depending on difficulty of paper and number of students who opted the respective college.

Based on your rank in  EAMCET you have chances to get into mj or Deccan.

Your rank is decent to get in to that College .

But try to put some other colleges also as a backup option as cutoffs tend to change every year based on various factors.

But fill the application based on your preference irrespective of cutoffs
