my rank in Acpc is 7891.and I am in general category.and my mains rank is 140000. can I get any government college

Hope you are doing great. Let's start with the ACPC rank as you mention you are in general category it's possible that you get the college in ACPC but it's not possible or very less chances of getting government college. But still you can try your luck.
