i am aksha aee 2018 my rank is 8968 state ins tamil nadu, can i get any chance to c.e in amitra coimbatore

according to last year cut off, for mechanical engineering cut off is 3217 for other state and 17313 for home state in Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore,

and for chemical engineering cut off is 7890 for other state and 19678 for home state.
