That depends on which state you belong to. There is something called in state quota for aeee exam.                 If you belong to the state of karnataka, then the cutoff for in state quota is somewhere around 10000th rank. But if youre living out of karnataka, then the cutoff is around 6,000. You might be waitlisted.

Going by previous year trend, I think you're eligible of getting a seat in Bengaluru campus if you belong to Karnataka. Through state quota, you can get a seat but it is very difficult to get in open category.
