my rank in AIQ is 23889and my obc rank is 9462.im from Kerala .is there any chance in 15% or in 85%state quota??

Hello Dear, For admission into government medical colleges you need a score of around 500. So you can expect private medical colleges

You have less chances to get a government seat but you have chances fto get private seat. To check the list of private colleges you can refer below link
