my rank in AP EAMCET is 14828.Is there any chance to get seat in any JNTU in CSE group.I'm an OBC-NCL candidate and I'm a local candidate

As your rank is 14828, with this AP eamcet rank and being OBC NCL category you can get seat in JNTUH but whether you will get CSE branch or not it is difficult to say. It depends upon cut off of the college. Cutoff depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam, previous year's cut off and availability of seats etc.

Chemical engineering

Now this is cut off 2019, cut off changes every year

Hence it is difficult to get CSE, in JNTUH but you may get in chemical or mechanical engineering.
