Hello,

Seat allotment depends on various factors like rank of the candidate, category of the candidate, preferences order of the choice of college/branch, cut off rank and seat availability. 85% seats are allotted to candidates belonging to local and 15% seats are reserved for non-local candidates. And few seats reserved for candidates with special category such as NCC, CAP, PWD. You might be allotted a seat in higher preference choice in the web option list or the other person who got seat must belong to special category or local/non-local category.
