My rank in ap eamcet is 32000.and iam belongs to sc.with these Mark's can I get a best college or not?

At this 32000 rank in eamcet you can't get a government college I hope you know that . But as you have mentioned you are from a reserved category .i.e. SC then there are chances of you getting some core Engineering college's.
