pretty sure..you get KCE or may be DCE also but you will definitely get these depends upon filling choice .for e.g. If you only fill civil at DCE then you change is less but if you fill ECE than ME ,then your probability get increased.So if you share your filled choice then we were able to tell you what you get and what not.

You have good rank to get an admission. you can get an admission at dharbhanga or at Katihar. You will get so many options to get an admission to. so select one which you find suitable for you and your mark.
