My rank in bsc agriculture practical is 4138 ,can I get seat in any of the college?

Based on previous year cutoff trend the minimum rank required is under 1000 to get admission in your category since your rank is not in the range so it will be tough for you. You can check cutoff at http://kea.kar.nic.in/cet2017/R1/agri_prct_cutoff_gen.pd
